A Higher Purpose
The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship offers a fun, positive, and athletic outlet for young people ages 9 to 14, encouraging sportsmanship, confidence, and healthy competition.
Since 1972, councils across North America have proudly sponsored this program for boys and girls, giving them the opportunity to compete within their own age and gender groups, advancing from local contests to district, regional, and state levels.
This long-standing tradition not only promotes youth athletics but also strengthens families, builds character, and connects our community to the mission of the Knights of Columbus—faith, service, and fraternity.
